Danielle was on top of the sale process even before the listing for sale went active. In addition to knowledgeable market advice on pricing and offer qualification/analysis, she handled so many other details from large to small. Some of these included arranging rental furniture for staging, helping find qualified contractors for cleaning/repairs/upgrades, handling contractor and inspector appointments and, even helping with some moving and routine maintenance related items. As an out of town seller during much of the process, it was crucial to have someone with her level of reliability, trustworthiness and attention to detail. The husband and wife team were very professional from the beginning of our meeting to find a second home until the closing of our property. They knew the area very well. If there were any questions I needed, they got the answer quick, I meant in a few hours. If I found a unit I really liked, Jay went above and beyond to get more info on other units in that same complex that may not have been listed at the time. He was very easy to work with. When I sent him the listings that I liked, he was always available to show me the property either on the same day or latest the next day. Never in 3-4 days like other real estate agents since he does this full time. And it's so important to have an agent willing to work hard and know once a listing on a property is up in the MLS, people will want to see it ASAP so they act on it quickly. As for my property, I saw it on the same day it listed and there were 5 other offers by the end of that day. If we didn't act on it quickly, it would have been sold the next day. They did a great job in negotiating for my property and was able to find a loan officer to get us a loan to close escrow in less than one month! His wife Danielle, the administrative person, doing the paperworks and getting our offer lettter out ASAP and getting the contract to us expeditiously. They are a great team and you won't go wrong in having them as your seller's or buyer's agent. I will list with them when we sell our primary property in the future.

Danielle went above and beyond setting up the site and recommending properties. When I flew down and saw the first house I knew I made the right choice. I never knew about this additional request you can make while placing on offer. After my purchase they helped me find a contractor to fix these. The referred me to every person I needed, making my transition stress free. I have worked with roughly 10-12 realtors. I have heard all the "Sales" lines, I have had my time wasted, and I have felt unimportant. This is experience was the polar opposite and I will only use Danielle and Jay for any real estate I buy moving forward.
